BIM model as an energy consumption map
Every measuring point has its place in the model. During an audit, when looking for savings or troubleshooting a fault, you can immediately see which equipment drives the consumption and where it stands in the hall. Linking to the model is optional in the Start and Advanced levels.
Site visit
We walk through the site and agree on the scope and level of detail of the model.
Scanning
We scan the hall and its surroundings.
Processing
We merge the scans into a single point cloud.
Modelling
We create the BIM model and record the infrastructure elements.
Handover
We hand over the model and data, and connect them to Energy Infra Scan if you wish.

Does production have to stop for scanning?
We plan the scanning to disrupt operations as little as possible. We agree on the scope and timing during the initial site visit.
In what format will I receive the model?
The point cloud and BIM model come in formats agreed according to how you will use them, for example for design or facility management.
How long does scanning and modelling a hall take?
It depends on the area, complexity and required level of detail of the model. You will receive an indicative schedule with the quotation.
