Energy management Advanced: energy consumption and CO₂ of every product
Advanced links energy consumption monitoring with production data. It calculates energy and CO₂ emissions per piece, order or line and prepares carbon footprint reporting for customers, banks and ESG reports.
Who the Advanced level is for
- Automotive suppliersYour customers ask for the carbon footprint of your product.
- ESG reportingYou are preparing an ESG report or answering customer questionnaires.
- CostingYou want to include energy costs in your product costing.
CO₂ and energy reporting per product
Everything from the Start level, plus:
- CO₂ emissions reporting from energy consumption: direct emissions from fuel combustion (Scope 1) and indirect emissions from purchased electricity and heat (Scope 2), both location-based and market-based
- Energy consumption and CO₂ per unit of output: per piece, order, line or shift
- MES and ERP integration via API or CSV for data on pieces produced and orders
- Exports for ESG reporting and customer questionnaires
- Trends and emission reduction targets linked to measures from energy management
- Scope 3 coming soon
How we calculate the carbon footprint from metering
The platform uses actual energy consumption from metering, not estimates from invoices. It converts consumption into CO₂ emissions using emission factors and allocates it to production based on MES or ERP data. The calculation follows the structure of the GHG Protocol.
Energy in product costing
The platform converts price lists, distribution tariffs and spot prices into costs in CZK and allocates them to cost centers, lines and products. You can compare measured with invoiced values and see a cost forecast to the end of the year.
How we deploy the Advanced level
Monitoring
We deploy metering and the platform as with the Start level.
Production integration
We connect Energy Infra Scan with your MES or ERP.
Methodology
We agree on emission factors and how consumption is assigned to products.
Reports
We set up reports for customers, management and ESG.
CO₂ reporting FAQ
What do Scope 1 and Scope 2 mean?
Scope 1 covers direct emissions from fuels the company burns itself, for example gas for heating. Scope 2 covers indirect emissions from purchased electricity, heat and steam.
Do you cover Scope 3 as well?
Scope 3 covers emissions across the whole supply chain and is coming soon. Today the platform already shows Scope 3 in the emissions overview where data is available.
Which production systems can you connect?
MES and ERP systems via API or CSV import. We design the connection to a specific system based on your environment.
Be ready for customer questions about the carbon footprint
We will show you CO₂ reporting on data from a production plant.
